Grace, who joins the team during a period of significant growth for John Bell & Croyden, brings over 21 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. In her new role, she will lead the wholesale and services team, which oversees the supply of medicines and medical equipment to clinics and hospitals across London and into international markets. Her responsibilities will include the creation and fulfilment of private hospital contracts and the sourcing of medicines for clinical trials. She will also seek to strengthen relationships within the Harley Street Medical Area, including supporting new clinics with their initial CQC inspections, expanding the business’s educational programmes and fostering knowledge sharing in emerging areas of medicine.

Alexander Johnston, general manager of John Bell & Croyden, said: “Karen’s extensive experience and passion for excellence in medicine and access for patients will be invaluable as we continue to grow our services and support in private healthcare. We believe she will be instrumental in advancing our vision for the future across many areas including her vast international pharmaceutical experience.”

Karen Grace said: “I am very proud to join John Bell & Croyden and to contribute to its long-standing reputation for excellence. Our pharmaceutical services are ever evolving as the private healthcare market undergoes a rapid transformation, with a shift towards personalised medicine, preventative treatments and procedures that underpin longevity. By partnering with innovative healthcare clinics, we’re well-positioned to meet the changing needs of the Harley Street Medical Area and beyond.”
